Conditions of participations

The company LavaFly Lanzarote is a company registered with the AXA and as such, has insurance that covers it for the risks of accidents and civil liability of the passenger during the activity. The participant is aware that the practice of Alta Delta flying, as well as any other activity in the natural environment, presents certain physical risks, and assumes this responsibility from the beginning of the activity. The participant informs Lanzarote Activitats that he/she does not suffer from any illness or injury that could be affected by the practice of the activity, also, the participant informs that he/she is not pregnant We recommend wearing closed sports shoes or mountain boots, long and comfortable pants, an anorak or windbreaker and sunglasses.

The schedule of the activity may be affected and modified according to the weather conditions. If the weather conditions do not allow the flight, the activity will be postponed to a later date, to be redefined. The decision to postpone the activity rests exclusively with the company "LavaFly Lanzarote" and the client will never have any decisive power in this matter. The training related to this contract corresponds to a first level discovery with the modality chosen at the time of booking.

The formalization of this document implies the acceptance of the clauses.

Tandem paragliding flight

Measures to be taken into account due to the Covid19

All paragliding equipment (glider, harness, helmet) has been disinfected with approved products. When flying a tandem hang glider, a mask must be worn, and the mask must be brought directly from the client's home or vacation spot.
Instructors must also be protected with masks and gloves.
The flying equipment used by the clients will be disinfected after each use (harness, helmet)

LavaFly Lanzarote's vehicles have been properly disinfected with approved products. If a LavaFly Lanzarote vehicle is used, we will respect the occupation recommended by the authorities and the wearing of a mask will be mandatory.
Disinfectant gel is available in our vehicles and at our facilities.
Whenever possible, during the course of the activity, we will establish a distance of 2 meters between each person.
A waste paper basket is available on the runway and in our vehicles for the used protective material.
